Complex Ad-Selling Website

I need a website that will allow users to register and sell ads on there website, while others register to buy the ads to place on those sites. There needs to be options for either graphic-based or text-based ads in a variety of sizes. Similar websites include [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (adbrite is a better example). NOTE: Coder must have Mac OS X Tiger in order to be chosen for this bid request as it will be serving the Mac community. Coder must have Mac OS X Tiger in addition to extensive knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, e-commerce, design. This will most likely be a big job and more suitable for a team rather than an individual. If you have all of this, then post some information about your team in your bid request and I will send you additional info. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
