Customization of hyip script and web design for hyip site (for mlmkicker)

I need a customized hyip script and the web design for the hyip site.. The idea is to have a mixture of almost all existing features in probizscript and eghyip script. The work to do depends on which of the scripts you chose, because what I really want is a merge of features of both scripts. Probizscript has features that Eghyip has not, and viceversa. If you use another script, you have to be sure you can modify it in order to get a resulting script very similar to probizscript, with existing features in both probizscript and eghyip script. Basically I need a final script with: 1. Multilanguage. (No flags, better a dropdown box with names of languages) 2. WYSIWYG editor for news and FAQ. 3. Additional page feature. 4. Creating and managing user groups. 5. Some variations in Investment plans like variable rates and others. 6. "By Invitation only" option (If enabled, users won't be able to get an account unless invited by using the invitation interface by either users (if the above paramenter is enabled) or an administrator). 7. Some changes in Referral Settings. 8. Viral Pdf, Support Ticket System, Live Support. I still have no idea about web design. I want to define the design on the fly. I will search for some models among existing hyip sites to give the contractor some ideas to work with. I expect that the contractor can help me with ideas based on the texts I already have prepared to the hyip site. The job includes giving some support during the first days until the site is working properly.
