Dynamic CSS/JavaScript tree menu

I have a list of categories stored in db table. What i want is a script that i can generate a tree menu of these categories. Table Structure: ------------------ id, name, subCounter, parentID Example Row: ------------------ 1, Traveling, 6, 0 2, Asia, 0, 1 So, in this example, Traveling and Asia are categories, but Traveling is the parent of Asia as Asia has a parentID of 1, which points to Traveling. So, for the tree menu, I want it to be like: _parent category1_ * subcategory1 * subcategory2 * subcategory3 _parent category2_ * subcategory1 * subcategory2 * subcategory3 _parent category3 _ * subcategory1 * subcategory2 * subcategory3 The default look will always have one parent category opened like this: _**parent category1** _ * subcategory1 * subcategory2 * subcategory3 _parent category2_ _parent category3_ When user click on parent category2, it will be: _parent category1_ **_parent category2_ ** * subcategory1 * subcategory2 * subcategory3 _parent category3 _When clicking on subcategory2 it will be: _parent category1 parent category2_ * subcategory1 * **subcategory2 ** * subcategory3 _parent category3_ I want a script that will work fine on all major browsers including IE6, IE7, Firefox 1 and 2 and Safari. I prefer someone to use just CSS and PHP to do this though... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
