372204 FMyLife/Failblog clone with WP

I am looking for a theme similar to [login to view URL] but with features of [login to view URL] using Wordpress. This must be a COMPLETE theme cloning the functionality of these sites utilize Wordpress. The clone must have ALL of the features except for the team blog and store. These features include: Must have the "top posts" and "flop posts" sorting feature. Should be able to sort be day, week, month, year or all time. "Submit post" feature should create a new Wordpress post. The post would be able to be created by guests and have a character limit set by the admin. Users should be able to link to or upload images and videos which display inline on the home page (like [login to view URL]) SEO friendly. A "moderate posts" area should give guests the ability to moderate posts. Categories would utilize the Wordpress category functionality. Advertisement areas (banner and right column) There will be a max character limit for posts and it will count down as you type. Ability to share an entry with friends (Digg, Twitter, Facebook, etc) as well as user accesable code to share the post in their blog. The theme will be used on more than one site, it must be easy to modify the background images and text in the theme to match a defined site theme. For exammple one site my refer to posts as FMLs where another may refer to it as a different term (the actual term FML will not be used). Top level navigation bar across sites, initially two but extensible (note: each site will run on its own server and own mysql instance). Initally there will be two sites and graphics creation for each is required details on the site themes will be given to the winning bidder. Additional sites will later require additonal theme work at a per site bid.
