HTML+CSS template

Hello, I need a designer and slicer to create a stylish design and convert it to a HTML template. The template needs to follow this structure: [top] [logo /] [menu] [subtitle /] [/top] [main] [content] [2 variants with left OR right column] [/main] [bottom] [4 columns with content] [/bottom] I will receive all the rights of the following design (images and structure) for further use. It would be best if the templates are based on the [login to view URL] CSS grid. The content has to be news template - title, date, content, comments. That needs to be covered. Please bid with estimate, portfolio of previous designs and templates and mention the code DXHTC in the bid (anti-robots check).
