Javascript/DHTML Product Selection Scroller

I am looking for someone to create the necessary code to produce an animated product selection tool for a product sales site. See the attached image for a mockup. The code must: 1. Be handed an array of products (which will be provided based on the selected category) that includes a human-readable product name, an image name and a product ID; 2. Display the thumbnail images given, which will be transaprent GIFs; 3. Allow users to use the arrows on right and left to scroll forwards and backwards if there are more than 8 items (the default number to display) -- I'd like it to scroll smoothly onMouseOver; 4. Highlight the current item, if one is provided as an argument; 5. Display the name of the item onMouseOver -- this will be provided along with the other product data; 6. On Click, reload the page to show this product as the selected one. You simply need to have the individual product thumbnail be a clickable URL. If there are fewer than 8 items to display, then the arrows wouldn't be active, and the items would list anchored from the left side. In my search for a solution I've seen a number of products that come close but don't quite provide the right functionality. I believe an experienced coder who has dealt with this sort of thing before could make pretty short work of the job. I will favour quotes that provide fast service and that state the means of accomplishing the work. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Resulting code must be cross-platform, and working for IE, Firefox and Safari.
