Javascript image download speed test - need quickly

I would like somebody to make me a very small and simple script - the emphasis here is on doing it quickly - I want it today - Monday 18th October if possible - it should take the right person 10-20 minutes (if that) to do this including testing. Here are the specs : This will be stored in a page called [login to view URL] When the page loads it will load an image of a known size - this can be hardcoded if required - the image I'm working with is 550,573 bytes in size - see attachments. The load of the image will be timed and from that the download speed will be worked out in KBytes/Second - this KB/s value is then used later. Then a standard html POST form will be created by the scripts output - preferably on the same page as the test image which has the speed embedded into a hidden field - if it's not possible to display it on the same page then a new output page will be fine. The users IP address will be embedded into a separate hidden field Also the users standard (htaccess / htpasswd on Apache/Linux) auth username will be embedded into the hidden field - this can be obtained easily using php An additional text entry box will be given in the form asking the user to enter the approximate download speed that they are receiving from the website at the current time. This is a text form field which accepts a number which will be in KB/s. The form should be posted to [login to view URL] in the current directory of whichever domain name I choose to install it on. I will take it from there. I don't know any Javascript and don't have the time to figure out how to get this working on the platforms required - which is all of them - so please make sure you know what you're doing in Javascript and this will be a nice earner for you as it will only take a very small time to complete. I would like this finishing ASAP - like today. I have attached my test image. I know this is not the best way to test speed but it is good enough to give me a good idea of what speeds users have - some people are getting very slow download speeds of 40-50 KB/s and I need to know which IP addresses these people are located on. No further questions are required - if you can do it from the information then bid, if you need to ask questions about the above then this little job is not for you. I will pay via paypal or the system built into this freelancer.com system as I have some credit in it. No other payment methods like Western Union will even be considered.
