I need some to able to use Joomla to the highest standard. As part of the selection process I will be give you a test to see you knowledge of Joomla I have half built a Joomla website and need some to do update and changes as needed. I need some that can follow instructions. In need some that know CSS I need someone that has knowledge of php as I will need to make slight modifications to plugins and modules. I need someone that can layout text and make it look really good.
