Lead Capture Page Generator

I am looking for someone to create me a lead capture page software that is a point and click soloution for the end user I ideally creating around 12 differnent styles of lead capture page the software is to be hosted on my server where the end user signs up and creates and account after there account is created the first step/page they will be taken to is a page the can select the tools they need going through my affiliate links to REGISTERING YOUR DOMAIN at godaddy or namecheap then to HOSTING YOUR DOMAIN hostgator, host monster, bluehost, justhost, or any other affiliate sites I find then to AUTORESPONDER SETUP, Aweber, Getresponse, Infusionsoft, Icontact. Thay are able to add the web url and folder to upload the files to. Then the end user will be able to enter in his ftp account deatails so they can upload the files to there server when the page/pages are created the end user then SELECTS A LANDING PAGE DESIGN the end user then enters in their GENERAL CONTENT SETTINGS Headline, Top Header, Main Content settings, ect, depending on the style or type of page the end user the enters in their OPT IN SETTINGS, type of autoresponder, autoresponder code, style of button the software has to have the ability for the end user to add or select FOOTER PAGES SETTINGS privcy policy, t's and c's,contct, earnings ect where they can add their own text the closest example that I can find to exactly what I am looking for is similar to this: [login to view URL] Thank you for looking Daniel
