I wish to develop a location based app similar to Scvngr.com. However, instead of building things from scratch and having a high cost of development, I would like to use [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to manage most of the location based system. Bidders must understand these 2 service providers to be able to develop this program. Of course, please do download Scvngr to fully understand this app. It is going to be built on iphone and android app but there will be a web app to manage the function of the mobile app. Do propose to use LAMP architecture only for the web application.
