Multi-buyer/ multi-seller website where users sell and buy document

Hi all, I hired a company to work on this project before. They couldn't complete the job so I need someone to continue from where they left. The website is a trading platform, a multi-seller/multi-buyer platform where users can publish their documents. Users must be able to upload and edit the documents they want to publish using special characters and formulas, embedding a list of files such as excel sheets, video, pictures, audio etc, and adding hyperlinks. The documents published on the website must be searchable using advance searching tools such as molecular structure search. The awarded developer will need to understand the world of scientific publications. More details to come will be shared privately.
