Need Someone to Fix A PHP script issue, script is not workin

Hi i had 2 hosting accounts with my host, one managed vps and one unmanaged, well i had this script working perfect on the unmanaged server, but now as i moved it to the managed server it is showing some issues when you try to signup or login, so the site is advertrev dot com . i have this issue i am willing to pay $20 for the fix of this issue. need it fixed right now, so lets see must know good php and basic java script, and must know about vps servers I have wasted so much time tryingt o find someone to fix it as some people i give a chance to fix but then they dont know what they are doing, my hosting company said it just need some vaules changed as they told me what to do but i dont understand it
