Project is to optimize through code, graphics, and server settings to sreduce loading time of website. The website uses wordpress with a custom theme as a backend.
List of possible tasks:
Review plugins used to see if a better plugin is available, if uses can be combined, or function can be hard coded in.
Examine plugin output for impact on load time (css and js added)
Reduce images objects either thourgh sprites, combining images, or replacing images. May require changes to css and html files.
Improve navagation menu either by reducing, replacing images, or using css.
Look at using parallel images downlaods via code or plugins.
Combing javascript and css files either throughcode, server setting, or plugin.
Using compression either server setting or plugin.
Review Espires Header and RTag and modify for improvement.
Details:
If a plugin can be used to accomplish any goals without impacting the site that is acceptable.
There is a home page and basic content template that are used for majority of site.
There is also a shopping cart used out side of wordpress.

A wordpress site will be setup to review and test.
All graphic files and source code can be provided.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
