73602 PHP MySQL Database Manager

Two weeks ago I create a project called PHP MySQL Manager and a programmer called JACK bid about $ 75 but I wait 24 hours for your confirmation and nothing, any response by JACK. I realy wasted my time. Now I recreate again the same project, but I need it until 8/march/04 or before if possible. If you can do it, please post your bid only about my Budget range please. This simple PHP MySQL Project will be used for different purposes like YELLOW PAGES or Maybe some kind of classifieds. The PHP Search System for this project I already have, I need now only 3 tables: USERS, CATEGORIES and LINKS. All especifications and features needed are in a attached *.doc file, but feel free to make any necessary modifications. Sorry my english.
