This is a two-part job that firstly requires you to be able to add an additional upload feature to the Options Framework Theme, so that each time when the user uploads an image, another image uploader field will appear/fade-in below it. Secondly, the banner section needs to be output as a single widget, powered by the NivoSlider. When the user uploads an image, they should also be given the option of setting a transition effect for each image as well, displaying this on the front-end of the website. If this sounds like something that you can do, please send a quote my way with an estimated timeframe for completing the task.
