Senior Level Drupal Developer

We are looking for an expert drupal developers who is able to meet deadlines and do great coding. We have many clients and a lot of weekly tasks but we need a professional developer who will be able to follow proper instructions and communicate objectives properly. Requirements: MUST be available until 3pm Eastern Standard Time if needed MUST be available for emergencies on the weekend MUST be familiar with Drupal 6/7, PHP, CSS, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, Github MUST be familiar with skype, basecamp, and google talk MUST have a good command of English Compensation: We pay for COMPLETED tasks not hours spent on working on task. Therefore you must be skilled and know what you are doing. If you complete tasks on time properly we also provide bonuses. We will NOT pay for tasks that are not completed or not completed on time. If you finish your task faster than expected you still get paid for the full amount of time allotted for your task. The faster you work, the more task you will be assigned and the more money you will make. The fixed rate below is what your monthly salary could be as a minimum but could be hire than that depending on how much work you are able to do. Tasks: Each tasks normally take about 5 hours or less to complete. We have full time work available. If you are just one developer feel free to apply.
