Sports betting - odds comparison tool

Looking for a sports betting application which can collect and display the odds from multiple bookmakers for any specified sports event/market onto a web page - basically an odds comparison service something like [login to view URL] or Bestbetting.com. Odds to be checked over various time settings, controlled by webmaster, from daily/hourly to per second (if possible) when an event goes In Play. To present the results in a web browser in various user defined formats, such as best odds, all odds etc and also as a stand alone application. With links out to the corresponding bookmakers. Also a Form page to sign up to multiple bookmakers at the same time, with affiliate tracking. Very important is to provide me with reasonably clear instructions for amending, adding new bookmakers, deleting and updating any tracking codes etc. The design should be simple and use CSS to allow for design updates. Ability to edit using Dreamweaver. Would prefer if bidders have done similar betting projects. Please look at the attached file for more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP HTML Web browsers IE4+, Firefox, Opera, AOL(if possible) Run on a Linux server Javascript (not sure though)
