187940 Website look a like

I'm looking for a cloned copy of the cash back website Quidco [login to view URL] I'm interested in the functionality of the database and automated back-end systems. Ideally we would also like to add more internal customer tracking functionality to the backend system. 

It needs to be copyright free, I'm not interest in being accused of plagiarism.
Must have a user friendly web content management system, must allow me to change easily all design and all contents if needed. I want to easily be able to add merchants to the database, the customer would then be able to click on a link for that merchant and the relevant tracking cookie will be put on their comp. I want a customer would also be able to set up an account with just an email address (an automated password could be sent via email)
 Must have a tutorial on a word document with all the steps to teach how to customize the website, how to use the content management system, how to ad or delete pages and links on the website, etc.

This is a project that will grow so if you keep the things very professional and efficient I'll be interested in keep a continuous business relation with you, you'll be in charge of changing (through programming) some major changes on the website and some technical assistance.
