The Software The software will manage: customers, jobs, scheduling, reminders, work crews, Customers, payments, billing and invoicing. The finished product will be an extensive tool which will provide cost saving organization functionality. After the software has been developed and passed Alpha usage, it will be available to any Window Cleaning Business, on a monthly service payment plan. Included in this will be a simple template page with modified Joomla CMS which allows users to write content and provides a portal for contact and quotation requests. The program will have two operating modes: a website storefront and a desktop application that functions offline and online which will have portable elements to mobile phone and PDA hardware. The software will be written using deep OOP principles and techniques via Web 2.0 Technology. Setup Wizards, visual appearance and client drag & drop interfaces will help make usability familiar and simple. Application must run on Macintosh or Windows PC platforms.
