Wordpress Plugin Development - Experienced Developers Only!

I am looking for a very experienced wordpress php plugin developer to help me to create a new plugin I have thought of. I am looking to hire someone with the right expertise, as well as knowledge and know how of using php scripts. I want to see what other plugins you have made for wordpress and how effective they, and to see if your skills are on the level of what I require for my plugin. This plugin could be difficult for any new php programmers, this is why I strictly want people who know what they are doing, will do it for a good price, as well as give me a good deadline time for how long the project will take. On going work will be available for the right candidate, as I am looking to build a relationship with a good developer, so that we can work together on future projects. A Non Disclosure Form will need to be signed before I can outline what the idea of my plugin is, and to keep everything between us, so that everything is confidential, and no other problems can arise in the future. I do not want any developers who will copy other source codes from other plugins, as I will check through many other plugins which are similar to my idea, to see if any code has been copied. This is why I want a developer who will be happy to do his own work and test his own skills to create a dynamic new plugin for the market. More information will be given to the right applicants. I have no time for timewasters and only want the best of the best, anyone with work which isnt good enough will not be accepted, and anyone who is willing to earn good money now and in the future, will apply if they know they have the right experience.
