Wordpress referral, downline sales and cart

I'm going to create wordpress plugin for 1 tier downline, have cart system (can mix with any free cart plugin) and referral for downline url, (prefer custom post type or plugin) 1. User can register through website and can update their profile (prefer frontend than backend) 2. User can view his sale/history sale/invoice 3. user can post his link for (referral, new user2 who register through user link will automatic put as user downline) 4. user can view all his user2/downline sale/history/invoice 5. user can make order using cart system in the website 6. admin can edit/view all user sales/data/profile 7. editor can edit/ user sales/data/profile, creater new user
