To finish a website using the www.directorypress.net Wordpress theme

I originally hired another company to create a website using the [login to view URL] theme and although they have done a great job so far, they were unable to finish certain elements, and unable to keep within time frames. I am therefore looking for a web development company to GUARANTEE they can finish some functionality using the following skills: Wordpress and plugins, CSS, Javascript, PHP and design and layout skills.?? The website in question is called [login to view URL] and will be a UK directory for Massage Therapists, Massage Products, Massage Schools and Massage Spas in and around the UK ‘only’. The idea of the website is to offer massage businesses the ability to advertise their business or businesses on My Massage Directory after becoming members, (membership is free). Once membership has been approved by the site owners, businesses will be able to advertise on My Massage Directory choosing one of 4 listing options; Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum ... examples of listing layouts and prices can be seen at: [login to view URL] Members can also advertise more than one business but each listing is chargeable, (except for the ‘Bronze’ Free Listing option). The following functionality, (attached on a word document), is required to finish the current website so that it can be launched in the UK shortly. I am also looking for suggestions by the winning contractor to improve the sites functionality once the following functionality has been completed and would like to build up a relationship for future projects.??
