We are using wpxHelpdesk software on our site, we need to modify the component and add some new features
1) Currently when user creates a ticket, support staff gets the notification, we need to add the functionality that we can reply to the ticket from email notification and ticket diary in the wpxHelpdesk system gets updated. Email parser is required for this, and you can integrate with following parser
At the same time when user replies to the email same action should happen, any attachment is added to the ticket and so forth.
When Staff replies change status of the ticket to "In Progress"
2) Need ability to attached attachments in ticket (new ticket and existing ticket)
- Add allowed extension pram in the wpxHelpdesk administrator area.
3) Ability to add HTML based email templates, template and CSS will be provided
Component does have a way to handle template, but HTML style can't be stored
