If you visit the NetFlix 'browse' page...

...and hover your mouse over a DVD, a 'speech-bubble' popup with more info appears. (See also attached screenshot clip.)
We need drop-in HTML/Javascript code that allows a similar effect on links on our site, specifically each of the 'tour stop' and 'other sights' links on this page:

The look should be similar but ideally allow arbitrarily-sized HTML bubble content. Popping a bubble should not require another hit against the website to fill the bubble. Effect must work in IE, Firefox, and Safari.
We will need clear instructions as to how a Dreamweaver user would integrate the bubbles into the existing page (and others like it), and customize the contents of each bubble. Contract is complete when the effect is live on the page listed above.

**Update (4/17/2006 12:55:44 AM EDT):**
Some other notes:
- effect cannot rely on Flash
- should match 'speech-bubble' look/positioning/timing relative to hover-trigger area closely
- should be easy to include common set of bubbles into multiple pages, each page having a slightly different set of hover-trigger links.
Our ideal would be the that the only changes required to add bubbles to a new page be: (1) add the right ID or CLASS attributes to trigger regions; (2) include a 'bubbles' boilerplate at the bottom.
The 'bubbles' boilerplate would include code to find the trigger regions, install the right event handlers, and then the right HTML to display for each trigger ID.
Thanks,
