Simple aplication in php, there will have 4 pages. First Page- Register Pacient Will have 9 input fields, one of the filds will have a dropdown list menu of the exams. the list menu of exams will communicate whit a table in the database called for exame "type of exams". And i can add in each pacient that i register more than one "type of exam". Second Page- List Page Will list all the users that were registered, and i can be abble to click one of them and see his register page details. Third Page- Edit and Delete Page Im able to edit the pacient page or delete it. Fourth Page- Search Users by Name Simple search box thatto search by name and see there profile. All the pages will be given by me, the programmer just have to code it. The fastest the better
