Etension for HTML5 template

We require someone to develop an extension for this template [login to view URL] Cart will automatically grab product CSV and/or XML files from suppliers site (the higher the capacity, the better, we are aiming for a minimum of 60 total different input locations), load the products into the product database, where two or more suppliers have the same item the lowest cost is auto saved and pricing done based on a markup of cheapest supplier’s price or percentage of the highest recommended resale price,(highlighting the cheapest supplier). The extension should also compile all photos/videos for duplicate items without data redundancy, (repeated info). The script needs to have the ability to recognize what products are already in the database and check prices etc.. to keep up with the price changes of suppliers. This script must also allow for custom/scheduled updates, e.g. once daily at 1:00 am, once weekly Sunday at 12 etc. The script also needs to be able to mark item as out of stock/call us for products that are found on the OpenCart database but not on the suppliers CSV/XML file, (with the option of simply, replacing all info in data base with new file, based on setting). Presets should be made available so that a department/category mark up may be used where resale suggestions are not provided, (e.g. printers at 20% where retail suggestion is not given, computers at 30% where retail suggestion is not given). For customers located in the Caribbean, we need to have the ability to add on additional charge/mark up to cover shipping and custom charges, (two fields please, to accommodate taxable and non taxable groups which have to be marked up differently). Where no prices are seen by extension, it prompts for manual input, which should always be an option, or fail safe. Multiple suppliers will need to be imported, who all have slight variations with their CSV files As you can see, this project will require someone who is experienced with html5 Carts as we really can't afford for this script to go wrong. Can all interested parties respond to this tread with questions or a bid on the project, any other goodies that would compliment extension would be welcomed. Optional features. Is it possible for this extension to; submit the brand, model numbers, and short specs/highlights of items in database to search engines .(ii) When an item is added to cart, extension should suggest related products, (e.g. a printer is added to cart, extension suggests surge protector and compatible toners) (iii) auto complete when typing in a search in seach bar.. Let me know if this is possible, how much would this project cost, with and without these features if it affects your price..
