Finalizing the development of a social coupon website.

Finalizing the development of a Turkish social coupon website with user-admin and merchant panel functions. I have a website already up and running, but needs the following functions in order to be completed. Please read the requirements carefully and only bid if you are a serious and committed freelancer. No upfront will be provided and job will be awarded only after the project completion. ( based on previous experiences ) This site has developed in Turkish language with joomla cms system. Over all functions for this site - User and company profile pages, users and companies admin panels (for them to create coupons and articles or see the statistics, more details are given at documentation attachment file) - Social functions to be added such as reward points for their activities, article or coupon share, review and point system) - Coupon redemption by sms payment system. (we have the API for 3rd party [login to view URL] and we need a custom script to send the coupon details to users hand set as the final sms. (support will be provided) - A payment gateway such as PayPal needs to be implemented for merchants to be able to pay their service fees if they choose a premium account (there will be free, trial and paid service plans) - Statistics for admin - user and merchants will be visualized by using free services such as Google visualization or any other plug-ins. -Users will be able to receive offers and exclusive discounts from merchants via email newsletters and internal messaging system. (user groups will be cretaed based on their locations and desired coupon categories) I have psd files for missing pages such as company or user profile pages excluding the blog component which will be provided or a blog template will be used such as word press templates (Word press already installed) Article management, xml coupon management, main admin functions, user registration, basic module and components are all completed. Winning developer needs to finalize the required functions in agreed time scale and if any further documentation needed needs to be asked before the project start date.
