Install Joomla Plugin Wesite Components

My website is developed in Joomla. My requirement is to install some standard free plugins. Requirement documents are prepared. This is couple of hours of work. My requirement document also specifies where to download this plugins from Plugin for Image Gallery Plugin for Analytics (for IP Tracking) Visitor Counter (Needs to be replaced) Images are currently uploaded to its original size but I want to make the size of my image Fix (If this is possible) Currently on website when image is clicked it goes to description and once again the image can be clicked which pops up in zoom. This needs to be changed with image to zoom staight over with description in image caption. This is not very huge work so please big only if you are interested in couple of hours of work. I am not looking to pay more then £10 for complete task (Full milestone achieved)
