Joomla Template and CSS3 / HTML5 only Menu

The previous developer underestimated the budget of the project and has left the site in a mess. We need the following points remedied. Essentially we just need the main menu converted from the convoluted javascript menu to a css3 html5 menu. Other items are just simply formatting and should be very quick. NOTE: Your project manager is a developer and will check all work. shortcuts will not be allowed and if you do not follow the guidelines you will be required to fix the issue before being paid. > Main Menu needs to be formatted in CSS3 / HTML5 with no javascript or images. Currently it is using many images, broken javascript, and does not work properly. > The main menu dropdowns needs to be wide enough that the footer doesn't jut out and size needs to be just right. > Footer on the mobile site is broken when the right modules are missing. > The menu ul list icon needs to be properly formatted > The 3 mobile top buttons (navigate, facebook, call) should be working properly from iphone and android. > Template files cleaned up (back up files deleted) > minor website errors and formatting problems fixed.
