Joomla school management extensions

i need a complete extension to install in a joomla sites. Components, modules and plugging if needed. to manage simple schools with attendance, timetables, schedules, fees, grades, parents area where tutor can see their child information publish by teachers or directors, reports of performance of the students, teachers can post remarks and complains regarding a students. the system has to manage the scholarship payments and tracks the expenses and monthly payment, has to generate id to print. homework management, test or exam results. all this has to be done in joomla, with the same database so we can add other modules and extensions to work with as calendars, forums, etc if you have done a similar work before pls send us some info.
