New Joomla Component & Module development

SERIOUS JOOMLA EXPERTS SHOULD ONLY APPLY. I need someone to develope a New Joomla component and module Extension that will have the following capability. 1. Ability to install using the Joomla administrative panel. 2. Once installed it should function as noted below. 3. Should give the ability to display the module either in an article or in the side menus. 4. Module should let users upload pictures. 5. Ability to upload single picture or multiple pictures using java or flash upload style. 6. User should be able to upload without having a user id/password. (Anonymously) 7. Once picture is uploaded, it should be posted on the website automatically, without requiring any further admin approval. This will be determined by section/category as to where the pictures are getting placed after upload. . 8. User should have ability to type a title and description for each picture uploaded, but however should be optional based on user preference to have the title and description or not. ADMIN FEATURES: 1. Admin should be able to control the pictures uploaded from back end. Should be able to edit title, description, or even delete the pictures uploaded. 2. Admin should have the capability of either turn on auto posting without approval, or be able to stop auto posting pending approval/moderation. 3. Admin SHOULD be able to see the IP address where the pics were uploaded from. 4. Admin should be able to control which category/section the upload module will send the pictures to. (Please let me know if you have different ideas here) 5. Admin should be able to add a watermark image in the admin panel that will automatically get stamped on the uploaded pictures and then the picture gets posted on the website. Ownership rights: *This component and module should not be a copy of any existing commercial modules out there. I need a unique module created without voilating any copyrights. * We will own full rights for the developed module. This should not be resold to others without express written permission from me. * Should have a copyright protection link that will be shown when installed. Removing this link should disable the entire extension/module. * Should have the ability for us as the owner to be able to remove the copyright with simplicity. You have to explain me how to do that. * Payment will be made in milestones. 10% will be paid before the work is started. 20% additional paid when you can show me a working demo. 20% More paid when we are able to test it out on our end. Another 25% paid when you show us the process on removing the copyright. Balance 25% is paid after we test teh copyright removal successfully. Selection of developer will be based on the following: 1. Experience. Please give us examples of your past work. 2. Turnaround time. Should be on schedule. Cannot expect delays. For every day delayed, we will cut the funding by 2%. We need this developed in the next 5 days. I will assign project asap in 1 day. Your 5 day turn around starts from the day you get project. We give automatic 1 day graceperiod before cutting funds. 3. Price. 4. Communication. We want people that can chat on the phone, instant message and email. If you cannot commuicate with all three, then please do not apply. 5. Payment will be paid via escrow model. No direct payments will be made. Most of the code for this development will be coming from the GPL open development process, so please ensure that your coding price is not over rated. Thanks.
