I am looking for a extension or what ever can make this happen within a joomla site. the site is more or less designed but need this feature to be added. Part one when a customer visits the site they log in and request a quote they need to be able to select a category (very important part) this will then move to another page with a form they fill out which is relevant to the category selected, once they have filled this out the form is then sent to member of the site that have registered in those categories part 2 with the members side i have OSE Membership™ Management System installed and this needs tweeking to be able for the following when a member joins they filling the details that are requested and are allowed to select up to 5 categories out of a list or check boxes available. this in formation is then used within part one to be emailed to them if they have a paid member ship .
