''Responsive'' Joomla Site Design & Setup

This is a Joomla 2.5 template design and site configuration project. You will need to design the template (using placeholder photos until I am able to get photos as needed), and configure the Joomla site to my specifications. I would like the template to use **modern design sensibilities**. Things like drop shadows, spotlights, subtle patterns, gradients and JQuery techniques should be employed wherever possible. The "paper" look with textures and a slightly gritty/urban feel is something I'm going for. This project may involve some custom extension writing. **Please check the attached document for detailed site specifications!** And I need this done FAST! I'd like it partially up in two weeks, and DONE in three weeks. I would like this site to be **RESPONSIVE**.
