458844 VirtueMart New User Registration Edit 2

Hello - I need someone to help with a Virtuemart modification. Currently my Shipping Address form is not even functional, when a new user hits 'add shipping address' in the checkout process they are taken to the billing address. This happens on the backend as well if I try and add a shipping address for a user under shopper information. I need this issue fixed and I would also like some custom programming done to allow for the user registration form to allow the user to enter a billing address and a shipping address with a button to click if the shipping address is the same as the billing address. My setup currently has VM handling joomla registration as well and should remain like that.
