I need a database of all the ZIP codes in the US by County and State. The database is driven by an input field on a Joomla website. Each ZIP code can be assigned a specific URL in the backend. If no URL is specified for the ZIP code, the the assigned County URL is default - If no County or ZIP code URL is assigned, the assigned State URL is the default. I want the program to be Joomla Module. Ideally I would like the State ZIP codes to expand/contract in accordian style in the backend.
