joomla extension or module to extract and scrape email addresses

Hello, our company needs joomla extension or module produced to extract email addresses from a google search result. So on a joomla site, when the module is loaded, the user sees: Contacts Builder Enter a search term ________ How many contacts would you like to try and add? _____ support up to [3000] per search cycle Go After working, the joomla app will provide a list of email addresses extracted based on the search term, without being timed out by google after 40 requests. The solution must have a workaround that circumvents google's 40 request limit. This workaround could be by installing a line or two of code on a sister site that we control, and the request could come from the app running on that sister site[s]. That app on the sister site could be part of this project scope. Alternatively, the app could run for a long period of time to lengthen the 40 request limit over the course of a day or two. After displaying the list of email addresses, the app will give the user an option to Add all to joomla contacts under category [name of the search term] The goal is to make it easy to add large blocks of targeted contacts to joomla or community builder based upon a simple search. Flexible on the Price...I would pay a premium to get some experienced freelancers to bid. I probably do not need to say this, but calling code or scripts from an external domain [not the primary site or sister site] should be avoided, and I will tend to favor a bidder with experience.
