FreeRadius/mySQL config help needed

We hope this one should be easy enough for someone to be able to help. This is a new setup. I have been running Cistron for our PAP authentications. We will be using FreeRadius 0.93 and Slackware 9.1 with kernel 2.4.22 If someone wants to offer another radius that would be fine as long as the bid included complete instruction and follow up to be running stable and work with mySQL 4.0.18 and PHP4. Cistron does not do CHAP with out having the passwords in clear text and everything in the users file. I have FreeRadius/mySQL/PHP installed. I'm looking for some help to finish the setup and run process. I have built the mySQL database from the [login to view URL] file in FreeRadius and called the database radius. I have added a field called SlipStream for our speed net service, but I'm sure it should have been different. I need to be able to have slipstream = false or true. I added it in the [login to view URL] file before I loaded the table. I need to make command line calls to the mySQL database when not logged in to the mySQL> prompt. I need to know how I call it and where or what file from freeradius when someone logs in for authentication. I need to know the command line to add a user to the database. I need to know the command line to remove a user from the database.
