Linux Server Admin with Web sockets experience to run a script in server background

Hello, We have a chat website. Our chat channels used ajax and jquery but this has caused a lot of server loads and a lot of resources. We have changed the chat channels to use websockets instead. We have the chat files as well as the [login to view URL] dameon script. This script needs to be: 1. Running in server background 24/24 2. Need to be started again in case of a server reboot The problem is that once we run this script from root shell, it runs smooth and the chat works great... but once we close the shell access, the script stops.. and the chat shows: Connection refused We have port 9000 open in firewall for the sockets... and we have made the max_connection_time in php 0 (unlimited) and enabled php sockets...despite all of these, the script stops working immediately or shortly after closing the root shell access We need to get this solved and make this script run 24/24 and be started again when the server reboots. Please do not bid unless you already know how to do this.. in case you were awarded, and the fix did not work, we wont complete the project with you.
