Member-based Feedback WebSite PHP/MySQL

This project will require a confidentiality agreement. In essence, the project entails the **complete development**, according to our specifications of a memebership-based feedback site. It will require all information to be stored in a MySQL database. There will be several levels of users including 2 types of administrators, 2 types of members and 1 non-member. It will require an ecommerce module for automatic billing through paypal and [login to view URL] (or versign). Please make sure you are familiar with these functions. Database must be searchable through a search page. Must be designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. It will also require an 'upload' module where customers can upload their databases or text files directly to the MySQL database. Front-end functionalities are similar to many feedback sites currently in operation. Please check sites like [login to view URL] or consumerreports.com. It will require 10 to 15 php pages. (although we may come to agreements that it could require less). You will, of course, be included in the decision making process. There are very clear requirements, please contact me to get full details. The actual project details will come when I decide on a coder because this is considered confidential (the coder will be required to sign a standard cofidentiality agreement). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working web-based application with complete source code for all phases of project (html, php, SQL-script, etc.) 2) If special web-server (Apache), database (MySQL 4.*) or PHP4 settings are used, must provided appropriate settings script (e.g. [login to view URL], etc) 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
