Open Source Firewall Customization (Untangle)

I need some customization done to the Untangle firewall platform. A link to the website is below. Basically, I need the ability to setup different types of users so that when certain user's login, the application tab and the configuration tab are not present. Also, I would like to only allow that user access to the applications in the rack that I allow. For instance, the user may only have access to the web filter application in the rack and not the virus scanning application. The best way for you to understand this is to download the free version of untangle and test out the system. The website is below along with information on the open source code. The customization has to continue to work with future updates meaning that an unrelated update should not break the code. I think the easier way would be create a custom logon and or start page that will do the following. Remove the left panel that allows the download of applications etc. and redirect a user to that particular module or rack that they need. Based on the responses so far, I don't think anyone who has actually placed a bid thus far has access to or has used the product so at this point I have to stress the importance of bidders being able to download the package and load it up to make sure we are on the same page. If this means that the bid amount must change, then please place a bid at an amount that you will feel comfortable to complete the Job.
