PHP mobile dev. architecture spec. doc

Require a php guru to supply an architecture roadmap documentation for a new mobile (xhtml, wml, etc) site. Ideally I would want someone who has developed a mobile site in Php, if not, at least a php guru who can research the options for mobile development. The document needs to address the following areas: 1. Mobile development - what options for handling different formats, i.e. xhtml, wml, chtml, etc. give code example of a simple page. 2. n-tier architecture - best practice and guidelines, please give code examples how each tier interacts (frontend -> business logic -> cache -> database). 3. high volume web/wap site - data caching strategies for accessing frequent high volume data 4. developer ide - what are options out there? and what are the advantages and disadvantages of the major ide's. 5. database access - database connection pooling, configurations. 6. logging - best practice for logging The document would have to be complete within 3 days of awarding the project.
