Top Level PHP Coders

We are looking for exceptional php coders to work on our current project. It is a small public website with a web application for processing files. Home page web design, sample form and css will be provided. All copy and stock images will also be provided. You will do the rest. See the attached document for the requirements and let us know of any questions you have in order to complete your bid. You will be provided with a development url on our server to post updates at least once per week for review. You should provide a turnaround time with your bid. Also, no generic responses, these will be ignored. Thank you for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. Please look through the following. If there are any further questions you need answered please post another comment. The java applet will be supplied by the CLIENT. The excel template will not need to be parsed by you. This will just be a hyperlink to download it. The java applet will upload and process the excel file once the user has filled it in. Admin section is not required, the client does not require it. They will have monetary transactions tracked at paypal and they will be tracking files processed. Report generated will just be displaying statistics from the processed file. Approximately 20 statistics in a well formatted html page. If the CLIENT chooses to modify the template file they will just overwrite the existing template on the hard drive. There is no need for admin interface for this.
