407673 ANDROID APP Programmer needed

Need an experienced ANDROID application programmer for a single project and occasional support/updates. APP will store list(max10) of names, date of birth, medication names, age, and unique identifier for each listing. The program will allow the end user to easily request an appointment, request medication refills, notify office of late arrival, cancel appointment, and other medical patient related functions. The APP will encode the data and transmit it to single specific sponsor practice. On the receiving practice end the date would need to be decoded in order to be utilized by staff. The APP will have preprogrammed alerts (example: it would alert user when a well-physical appointment is due). The app would allow the used to cancel/acknowledge/clear these alerts. Logo has already been designed and is available in multiple file formats. Expect a very clean and friendly GUI interface
