Admin Login/Pathway Fix

I have two subdomains active on my cpanel server. The websites are working, but I forget my admin username/pass. I can give access to cpanel/server, but need someone to get me into both sub domain websites. Also the pathways seem to be working (transfered from another host), but once you get me login, Im not sure of the admin pathways are working. I will need you to change the pathways in the sql dbase to work.
