CSV to MySQL import

Hello fellow developers, I have a very small project which involves a basic CSV which needs to be imported into a MySQL database. It only contains 140 records with approximate ~19 columns. The data spans over several tables. The basic content is something like: ID# Login Passcode First Name Last Name Email Birth Date Gender Physical Address City State Zip Code Country Phone ( Day) Phone ( Evening) T-Shirt Size Team Name Team Type Team Division Team Category It's very simple, but I simply don't have time to tackle it myself. Also, there is a running script available that contains sample information which can be cleared out before populating it with the real data. This will be helpful in making sure the data is displayed properly. Need this done asap. Thanks! Mike
