Freepbx A2billing Setup Configuration and Backup

I need some one: Setup requirement: setup PBX In A Flash Brown and Incredible PBX with A2billing using webadress instead of IP Setup a2billing - only use a2billing sip account for calls - create 2 Customers with sip account - setup outbound call (I will buy termination from wholesale provider) - pinless dialing - direct dialing on inbound and outbound - free call from one user to another user using sip - card rates - call rate for outbound call - Setup DID number ( I will provide from 3rd party provider) - billing module of a2billing(i will provide paypal merchant account) - everything what I forgot but it will be necessary. Backup: backup/image whole vps in remote location for use that setting/image in other vps mention what setting i need to change when i change my vps/server/ip if i need to backup separate file instead of creating image,which file/location and setting i need to backup? Tutorial: after I install os, freelancer need to record whole installation and configuration process for my future learning or if i need to change my server.
