169203 Google Checkout Integration

I currently utilize a PHP Based application. It has a multitude of current payment processing integrations, however, it does not have Google Checkout, which I do want to utilize. Your job will be to fully integrate Google Checkout into the existing application, as one of its payment processors. The application I use is PHP/Mysql Based, written in smarty style fashion.
