Hi Freelancers, I would like a simple install of the recently purchased JotForm App (link below) on my own server... Application: [login to view URL] / Basic version Info: [login to view URL] Current Hosting: (Unlimited) [login to view URL] I noticed you may need to rewrite the '.htaccess' file which I've done before to support PHP 5+… [login to view URL] Also not sure re 'email server' I will need someone to advise on this requirement. To make sure you have read the readme text file - please include in your bid '#Jotform' so I know you have read this. This needs to be a quick install & I will provide all FTP login / Mysql login / other details on request - need complete in the next couple of days max! Thanks, Alex

#Jotform: I readed the documentation and seems easy, but is necessary that you especified the OS that you have in your server, not all linux systems are identical and its dependeces either.
