328315 MOT Reminder Script - PHP

Looking for a coder to make a script which can remind users who are due for an MOT test on there vehicle by e-mail. There will be an administration area where i can add mots reminders, view upcoming mots and recently sent reminders, i should also be able to view all reminders on a page in which i can add, edit or delete them, it should also have a search fuction to search for customers. A CRON php file will also need to be made which goes through and finds events which are at the time that the CRON is run and sends the reminders to people's e-mails. The script will be somewhat like the script that this site is using: [login to view URL] I don't need any design work done, just the bare text/forms with the linking system between them, as I can create my own design and tweak the things which will be affected by the design. The emails will be sent 2 weeks before actual due date. also, the message to be sent to customers should be changeable using a text update page. I will retain FULL RIGHTS to the script once it is created, and the programmer may not distribute the script or any parts of it. Using PHP & MySQL Thanks for reading! :-)
