I need a PHP/MySQL based booking system for hotels. The system is the admin side for the hotels.
Below is the feature list:
1. System will have multiple hotels each assigned an internal hotel_id
2. Each hotel will be able to login to the system by using their own username and password
3. Each hotel can add the rooms they have including, no. of rooms, type, adults, children, amenities, room rate, currency, etc.
4. Each hotel can add/update their name, description, location, latitude, longitude, main photo (chosen from the photos they uploaded), amenities, star rating, city, country, checkin/out time, email, website.
5. Each hotel can add/manage photos with descriptions.
6. the script will provide a simple PHP function to check availability of a specific hotel (by id) with checkin and checkout date, will return the list of rooms with their availability based on checkin/out date with rates per day.
7. Each hotel will have a screen to show bookings per room and dates. each booking will have minimum of the following: hotel_id, room_id, checkin_date,checout_date, total_amount, booking details (such as each person name, address, email, phone)
8. Each hotel can create a special rate per room as per a specific starting date and ending date, this rate should be applied to the above function (point 6)
9. The user interface for the making an actual booking will be a separate project.
Hopefully the above feature list will give you an overview of what the system is about. System should allow multiple currencies for rates.
Interface should be very clean and i should be able to modify it very easily using html/css.
